Our Team

The staff of ARC INGEGNERIA is made by a group of more than 25 engineers and designers, each one with peculiar skills in order to accomplish a pragmatic support to our Clients in the several business area covered by the Company.

Nowadays ARC INGEGNERIA is share-held by four assocates, all involved in the management of the operative units of the Company.

 

Roberto Zilio

Roberto Zilio

HVAC dept. Manager

Roberto Zilio, after getting the degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Padua in the 1974, has  begun working as a freelance specializing in the design of process plants and heating and conditioning systems. For all the 80’s and 90’s he continues his professional activity, but he is also engaged as professor in Technical High School and at the same time he is owner and director first of a firm specialized in historic buildings restoration and then of HVAC construction and maintenance company. In the 2003, following his extensive experience in engineering and desing, he is founder and shareholder of the renovated ARC INGEGNERIA.

Cristiano Rampin

Cristiano Rampin

Fire Engineering dept. Manager

Cristiano Rampin after his technical studies as building surveyor, starts his business activity in the early 90’s, gaining the initial experiences as designer and project engineer. In 1994, he got the national professional license and continued his occupation in  the engineering field as an associate. His working area are firstly the buldings construction, then he focused on fire prevention and protection and on health and safety matters. In 2003 he is co-founder of ARC INGEGNERIA. Today, besides the management of fire engineering department, he covers also the role of commercial and marketing manager of the company.

Giuseppe Nicolazzi

HSE dept. Manager

Giuseppe Nicolazzi get his techncial qualification as surveyor and commences the businees activity in the 90’s developing partnership with engineering offices in Padua. He is part of ARC INGEGNERIA staff as contractor since its foundation and becomes associate in 2006. He is oriented and specialized in the business area related to the consultancy on health, safety and environment; he is also certfied as specialist in acoustic for civil and industrial applications. Thanks to the experience gained in the years, he became qualified trainer for courses in HSE matters held by ARC INGEGNERIA.

Filippo Zilio

Filippo Zilio

Mechanical dept. Manager

Filippo Zilio got a degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering at the University of Padua. In its more than 10 years of employment he collected several international experiences and he has always been committed to continuous technical education, reaching also the qualification as Energy Manager. He joined ARC INGEGNERIA in 2006 and then became a shareholder in 2009. He soon started working as project engineer for a lot of mechanic and mechatronic projects for industrial applications, thus gaining a huge experience and technical skills on three-dimensional design and FEM calculations. He is now project manager for the Mechanics & Robotics department.
